To start, unlike he claims, he is not a member of NARI, BBB, or any other professional association that has standards. In fact he doesnt even have a licence to be a contractor in GA, he pulls permits only when necessary through someone else. Much like previous people who have written bad reviews I have experienced a similar outcome. He has taken compensation as a consultant and then also taken a deposit for service providers but then demanded more money well before he could have possibly spent the $17k I had already given him and when I decided to cut my losses he deposited a check that constituted a gross overpayment for the work that had been done. Now he has put me in financial straights knowingly and refuses to return the money. His bid was not itemized so he tries to trick you with the numbers if you dispute what is going on. He's now refusing to answer my messages, I wish he'd realize if he'd just pay me back he'd prevent so much legal trouble he's making for himself. Don't let his dorky dad demeanor fool you, I don't even think this guy has kids, I think he is a complete and total liar and a fraud. Be careful!!!
