We always look forward to having Gwen and team arrive to clean our home. I often work long, late hours and, even when I can't remember which week they are due, I know they have been there as soon as I walk in the door and take in the fresh smell. I love the relief and satisfaction I see in my bride's pretty face when, after generously and lovingly playing host, she remembers that Gwen is coming!
Gwen is very pleasant to work with, and has always been dependable, flexible, and responsive. Of course she also does a great job cleaning, willing even to adapt her duties to what we might need that particular week ... All while never raising the price from we started a couple of years ago.
I highly recommend Gwen's Cleaning, she will do a great job for you too!

Gwen is very nice, so it pains me to write a bad review. But her crew leaves much to be desired. They used and took some of MY floor cleaning supplies. Was not happy about that. Also, the smell in the house afterwards was not pleasant. My main gripe is that they didn't use only their own supplies, took some of mine with them, and still charged me a good deal for the cleaning. I have not used them again since.

She did an excellent job. She came in and moved everything before cleaning, and she cleaned everything. She left my house smelling really good. I will use her again in the future.

They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I was happy that they were so thorough but finished in a timely manner. Gwen even changed a light bulb for me that had burned out in my bathroom. Left the house smelling very fresh as well.. wiped off my ceiling fans and even cleaned a 2nd story window that nobody can reach. They even got the top of my refigerator which I was happy to see as well as wiped off the vents. I will definitely use them again.

New move in clean - not a good job

Gwen did such a good job cleaning on her first visit, we were willing to overlook the fact that she or her employee dislodged an alarm wire while cleaning, causing our alarm system to short out and requiring professional repairs by a technician.But on her second visit, they (1) damaged a screen door, and knocked it out of its track; (2) tracked dirt on the white carpet in the master bedroom (after failing to remove their shoes); (3) failed to clean the kitchen counter near the sink; (4) used orange-based cleaning products in my bedroom / bathroom after being asked not to; and (5) failed to respond to my phone calls until 6 days later, stating that her cell phone had been run over by a car and that she had not had time to replace it.When she finally did call, I said I wanted to discuss my concerns with her before her next visit. She cut me off saying, she didn't think her service was right for us as it's an "in and out" service and cannot provide "personal attention." I agreed. I am disappointed because I like her personally and found her to be a hard worker. She had no problems with the bedroom carpet or orange cleaner concerns on her first visit, and had gotten good ratings from other Angie's List members. But there was too much damage and neglect on the 2nd visit to ignore. I am grateful she did not make ending this relationship difficult, which is why I did not give her a lower rating for professionalism.We will not use her again.

I found this company on Angie's List. When I called, Gwen was able to schedule a visit within a week to clean my ranch house. Without seeing the house, she quoted me an estimate of $150-180 for 3-4 hours. She called the day before to confirm and then again when she was on the way. Gwen and Mary arrived and immediately started to work. Gwen said that it would definitely take 4 hours. We have a lot of pictures and stuff, but they dusted and cleaned it all. The house hadn't been deep cleaned in a while, so there was a lot to do. They were quick and thorough, and they were incredibly hard workers. I was very happy with the work they did.The job ended up taking about 5 hours, even working as hard as they were. Gwen said she would honor the $180 estimate, but I wrote a check for $225 because they definitely deserved more. They were very nice people and I would call these folks again in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend Gwen's Cleaning!

Gwen and her associate did a terrific job! It was our first time using her service, so it was expensive, but we were very pleased by their thoroughness, professionalism and, most of all, their attention to detail. They got behind and under furniture to search for and remove spiderwebs, cleaned our kitchen windows and left our house sparkling. Gwen did not show up until more than an hour after we expected her, but she apologized profusely, citing unusual circumstances. We will use this service again.

Gwen and her crew did an amazing job. I got them to clean our house for my wife as a Mother's Day gift and I am sure we will be using them again. My wife was amazed at how thorough they were and now she is hooked!

They were fantastic! I scheduled the appointment the day before. Gwen and her crew showed up a few minutes early. They were incredibly polite. They worked like machines for over 2 hours scrubbing every inch of my condo. I had a closet built after I moved in and everything was kind of dusty from the construction. They brought their own supplies and equipment. Gwen had a real eye for detail and I was very happy with the results.

Gwen and her team are amazing!. I have already recommended her professional services to others. I look forward to having Gwen and her team back again on a regularly scheduled basis. Thank you Gwen and your incredible team. Great Job! Our house looks like a home again.

They can run a little late, but hit the ground running when they arrived. Gwen provide's cleaning supplies, and I provide special surface treatment supplies that I am particular about. Make sure that they know if you need to keep to a schedule.

I just can't say enough good things about Gwen and her team. I contacted her several weeks ago because I have family coming for Christmas and wanted someone to come out a week before they arrive. We set a date, Gwen called to confirm a week ahead of time and then arrived exactly when she said she would. My house hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in a long, long time and I thought it would take them hours. They were done in 2.5 hours and the house is gleaming. I didn't have time to organize as much as I wanted to before they arrived, but they just moved items so they could clean and then stacked them neatly. Gwen and her assistants were completely heads down doing the job, very polite and courteous and the price Gwen charged for what they did was so reasonable that I felt it wasn't enough for the work they did. I've made arrangments to have Gwen come back monthly to keep my house in shape. I would HIGHLY recommend Gwen's Cleaning Service.

Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience. I will use them again.

She was absolutely awesome. We spent $150 on that service. It was the best ever experience and we cannot believe it, and we are so in love with Gwen. Her flexibility is completely what stands out about her to do things the way we want it done. My husband is very particular and he wanted the floors done a certain way and with her that was no problem. Not one big company would do it the way we wanted but wanted to do it the way they did business and how they treated customers. She was very flexible, just listened and we have never been happier with how the floors have come out the way we wanted it done. We are very pleased with her. We are going to use her forever and ever. We got her off the list. We were looking for this service because we were unhappy with other companies and we hated to start this process again, but we could not be more pleased with her.

Gwens Cleaning Service is Great! They perform a very thorough job. Gwen and her assistant has a beautiful personality and they are very hard workers. They treat people as if they was their own family. They are welcome to Sunridge Ave. always!!!
