Garcia Cleaning

This was a terrible experience. The young lady called me about a housecleaning job and I accepted with a time and day for service to be done I reach out to her 30mins prior to our arranged appointment and she forgot the appointment time and was not even on her way to my home for cleaning. After calling her repeatedly without a response, she finally answers and tells me she can arrive 2hrs later. She finally arrives to the new time and I explained what I expected done in the house cleaning and she said it'll take 2hrs. I leave and comeback 5hrs later only to see that she hadn't cleaned much of anything and was not even done with the few parts of the house she did clean. Communication with her was really poor, she didn't have the materials needed to do the whole job and had nothing but excuses as to why some things were not done. Overall she lacked professionalism and was not good at this by any means. Now I still need my house cleaned and I will NEVER RECOMMEND HER EVER.
