This company has not fully completed any of the agreed upon work. This was to be a 2 month project but it has now been seven or so months later. The HVAC units were to be installed but have yet to be delivered to our home. When we initially asked the contractor they said the units will be coming shortly but, again, they have yet to arrive. The tile work is not completed. Tiles still need to be installed. Additionally, the contractor did not remove the existing vinyl flooring, as contractually agreed upon, before installing new tiles. Therefore they cut off the bottom of my kitchen door so the door could close. This now causes a draft to go through the door. The door needs to be replaced and either framing needs to be reworked or the tiles pulled up to start at the sub floor. We paid the contractor in stages, having so far paid $6000 of the $7000 total bill. We send daily emails and phone calls but they are either ignored or we are told they will come fix the issues but never actually come to our home. We do not recommend this company to others.
Description of Work: I hired this company to install an HVAC unit and complete tile work in the kitchen and bathroom area.
