Carpet Cleaning
The service person came to the house on time to clean the carpet (living room, small hallway and a small bonus room). I asked him to pay special attention to a stain. I left the house and returned in 30 minutes. He was finishing up, and showed me that he got the spot out, but the rest of the carpet still looked dirty (but wet). I asked if he could get the rest of the carpet clean, and he said that was the best he could do. I hadn't had time to vacuum the carpet before he arrived, and I noticed that there were still particles on the carpet that could have been vacuumed up in his cleaning process, but weren't.
