Facets Kitchen and Bath Design

HORRIBLE!!! Do not use this company. We are 2 months into our kitchen and remodel and it has been an absolute nightmare. Terry said it would take 6 weeks to complete, well we're at 8 weeks and still have no kitchen. He doesn't send the workers to the house because he has them running all over town to work on other jobs, Terry ordered the wrong color and sized cabinets and the refridgerator doesn't fit in the space he made and he said to leave it as is. We've already paid way more than promised and our kitchen is no where close to complete. Using this company was the biggest mistake of my life. Terry will not even call us back now after a full week of VM and emails, even though he has all our money. He has ruined what was suppose to be a fun exciting time during a kitchen remodel. Now we have to get legal council to get our kitchen finished. Run away from this business and don't trust a word that comes out of Terry's mouth.
