Ensotile Atlanta Bathroom Remodeling

Damian of Ensotile is a rare find. We just finished a major renovation of our master bathroom which included (among other things) a new tile shower, new freestanding tub with tile backsplash on walls, and new porcelain tile floors. Damian is a man of his word and, like most of the reviews indicated, he does the work himself. His work is high quality and he is truly a craftsman. He also helped with design ideas and definitely goes the extra mile in giving his customers his best. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him -- Damian made a remodeling experience enjoyable.

I emailed Damien for an estimate on two bathrooms that needed work in Roswell. He responded immediately and we setup an appointment for Saturday between 10-12:00. At 11 I called to make sure we still had an appointment. He sounded as if he had forgotten and said he was in Decatur, would leave and could meet me around 12 or shortly after. I left (I had told him I did not live at the property and it would take me 45 min to arrive), I arrived at 12 and waited. At 12:10 I got a text that he had an emergency and had to head home.  He seems a bit unreliable.

Damian (owner) does beautiful work has an amazing eye for details that enhance a project.  He had done other bathroom and kitchen tile work for us through a contractor, so when it came time to add a new bathroom in our basement, we called him. We could not be more pleased. We will have him back soon to tile a fireplace and recreation room floor.

I was so tired of trying to secure a good contractor and kept getting the run around. I finally decide to give Angies list a try. I called on Saturday and Damien set the appointment for Sunday at 3pm. I was so excited that Im telling all my friends its finally going to happen because he's on Angie's list.

i rushed home from lunch canceling it early with friends just to ensure I'd be on time. I'd tried to call him several times and got no answer. I still ruses on to be on time. 3 pm came, no Ensorile. 4 pm came, no showing, so I tried calling again. Finally it's 6 pm, no show, no call, no nothing.

I waited til Monday morning to make sure nothing terrible had happened to him. He responded that he forgot and did not charge his phone over the weekend. I was in from out of town to try and at least finally get an estimate on a bath Reno.

Disappointed yet again!

Enso Tile is amazing! They worked every day, all day until the job was done. Damien is a true old-world craftsman. His attention to detail is outstanding. I am VERY particular and inspected every inch of the job and couldn't find a single flaw. Enso tile does not do room additions, decks, patios, etc. Tile is not a sideline for them. They ONLY do tilework. If you want the best craftsmanship from a true artisan, I'd highly recommend Enso Tile.
