We called Mr. Brown to schedule an appointment to check our dishwasher which was not working properly. He came as scheduled and determined the problem. He then explained in detail what was wrong with the dishwasher. It needed a new part so he ordered the part. In a couple of days he called to let us know he had the part. We scheduled an appointment for replacement and he came to replace the part and everything went smoothly. Dishwasher works great!!!
