Aweful. THEY DONT RESPOND. THEY ARE LATE. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE. WOULD NOT OFF LOAD OUR THINGS UNTIL WE PAIND THE AMOUNT. I FELT TRAPPED BECAUSE THEY DO NOT DESERVE THE FULL COST QUOTED. I WOULD NOT EVER CONSIDER USING THIS GROUP OR A NORTH AMERICAN VAN LINES SUSIDIARY AGAIN. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY SHOULD BE EMABARRASSED!!!! JUST TERRIBLE SERVICE.

From the day of the move, we knew we had trouble. The representative under estimated the size of the truck needed for our contents. We had given him a full tour of our house with closets as well as bringing him to the storage unit. It is now 2 weeks later & we still have not had all our belongings delivered. When we call, we are told "we will call you back". They don't. We have not been provided a date of the rest of our contents being delivered.

Beltmann received the item in Atlanta on July 16, 2014. Since that time, we have called them 8-10 times and left message with detailed contact information. However, no one has returned our calls. I have spoken several times with the receptionist and explained our situation to her and asked to speak with a live person (and never received an apology of any kind). Each time, I am put into voicemail. I asked to speak with a manager twice. Each time I was put into Melissa's voicemail. I have not heard back from anyone. I even had Overstock.com representatives try to contact Beltmann on my behalf. They, too, get a voicemail. At this time, I have to consider the item that I paid for and Overstock.com shipped as stolen/lost by Beltmann. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and disrespect I have received from Beltmann. I do NOT recommend them!

Horrible experience!
They were over booked / under staffed for our move.  They started late (11am) and went well past
midnight!!
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
I call to complain when they were half way done at 5pm and they refused to help.
They are all ?buddy/buddy? pre-move, but once they have your money on moving day you?re on your own.

The move itself was alright. There were some scratch and dents. There was a chip and they glued down our dining room table without telling us. We were notified by this company that we should expect a refund. They told us that it was going through corporate and it would take 6-8 weeks. After that amount of time, I tried contacting them by leaving voicemails and sending emails. I didn't hear back from them yet. Finally, I called the corporate office directly and found out I should have already gotten my refund. We knew that we would be receiving about $730 in a refund. After learning that, I called them back. We got a run around from the person I was dealing with. They promised to call me back and never did. I went through the BBB and filed a complaint. After a couple of rounds, they offered a lesser amount, which wasn't good enough. They finally paid the amount I was owed, but it was a very lengthly process. I was in the process of setting up a dispute with the credit card company and it was already taken care of the BBB.

My experience to begin with was good. They were right on time and gave us a quote and he was a very nice man, but everything went downhill from there on. I had got several quotes and they were right in the ballpark with everybody else. They were supposed to deliver to us on Friday morning but they called us and said that their truck had broken down and that they would get back to us. I never heard back from them that day. They called me on Saturday morning at 9 o'clock and said that they were going to deliver. I was across town at that time and had to drive like mad to get here. That is pretty poor service. I have moved 12 times in my life and so I have got some experience when it comes to movers.

I do not recommend them because they were horrible.  Everything that could go wrong did and their services were not as good as they said they were.  Their packing was horrible, their delivery was horrible, and everything was just a bad experience.

My biggest complaint was the person from Beltman who came to do the survey did a terrible job. He was obviously a salesman, even though they already had the contract. He led me to believe that my items would be weighed and I would know how far I was from my shipment limits each day. That was totally bogus. During the packout, when the movers showed up and I called him on a lot of the lies that he told me, he denied everything. I then realized that he just told me what I wanted to hear when he did the survey. He overestimated the shipment causing me a great deal of stress and frustration. He said there would be a crew chief there all day, everyday. This too was bogus until I called and complained. The moving crew actually did a good job, but my shipment hasn't arrived yet so not sure what will be broken. The first day was a disaster because of all the lies of the guy who did the surveys. Not to mention, no one from Beltman management staff ever came to my house to see how things were going even after I complained to ARPIN. The movers said they were scared. The bottom line is, don't trust them when they tell you something. I had to use them since this was government sponsored travel. If you have to use them. Get everything in writing and don't trust what the survey guy (Gary, I think his name was) tells you. He is just trying to make a sale.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
