"Very surprising review. Our company did the best we can to accommodate 2 elderly female customers living with woods as their backyard with no screens. Our job was to install Window Screens onto windows we previously measured, that intentionally did not include the master bedroom windows. Based on the scope of work we were there to do on the original work order, we scheduled the appropriate amount of time and people for the job and arrived with the stated time window. Unfortunately, the customer never moved any of the dozens of house plants from in front of the window being worked on despite our contract specifying it, so we did it for them. Furthermore, we had originally agreed to exclude window screens in the master bedroom, where 1 sister who suffers from sun allergies had excessively stapled all the drape pieces of cardboard onto to keep out the sun out and that she will never open. When we showed up, they changed their mind and very kindly asked us to add-on. The sisters were apologetic to the technicians the entire time, and even invited them to a party they had planned for the same weekend, that I am certain neither of them attended.
