+ -1 moreI will not use them again. During the initial meeting the owner gave me an estimate. He failed to give me anything in writing. We had to quival over the amount. The major problems were that the on site installer was very unprofessionalism and did not communicate well with me and they were not punctual at all and had numerous delays. The owner then failed to respond to numerous calls. The on site installer was very rude. A remaining problem is that a piece of duct work is blocking a door. When the door is opened it smashes into the air duct work. At the end of the job, he told me he was done with the job and he wanted the full payment and he wanted me to drive out and give him the full payment that day. We checked out the job and they had not even installed the heat pump yet.
Description of Work: They installed a complete new heating and air conditioner.
