Two Men & A Truck - Stockbridge

Very immoral and corrupted location. They have employees that are corrupted from the employees to the operations management which will refuse to fix their mistakes. If the employees feel that you are in breach of the contract such as not micro managing every second of the job they will purposely flaw their work regardless of guidance given. The operations manager deceived me into thinking that he would fix my issues for free but never allowed me to schedule the move and then started avoiding me defiling his staff to agree with him in changing his mind for no reason of business having the staff reciprocate back to me where they stand in his immoral decision. I suggest you get a company that can get done what you need without corrupting the name and reputation of the company. I hired another moving company and gave them the same directives and had no issues.

My recent move with Two Men and a Truck of Stockbridge, GA was a complete disaster. Our lives have been a complete nightmare since our move, and I'm in total disbelief. Here are the few that I would like to share with you: 1. Despite coordinating a site visit with the estimating team, the operational staff were unable to complete the scope of work as described in the estimate that we executed. We relocated both my contents, and my mother's contents (whose home was just a few houses down the street) and both homes were left with approximately 50% of their contents. Our homes are now left incomplete and spread between multiple properties. 2. Of the contents that were relocated by the staff, those contents experienced significant damages due to mishandling, including: - Washer platform dented - Dryer foot smashed (dryer was not placed on dolly and was dropped from the house to the driveway) - Scratches on (3) dressers - Hinges on antique dresser bent - Shelves of end table broken - Recliner power cable severed (the recliner was dragged across the driveway and the cable got caught below and severed between the metal base and gravel) - Scratches on (2) refrigerators Once those contents were offloaded and placed in the new homes, additional property damages were caused, including: - Drywall damage; holes, scruffs, etc. - Corner bead damage - Torn sheet vinyl flooring - Damaged door transition strips 3. The vehicles that were utilized for transport were infested with ants. Any boxes that were accompanied by our furniture are now overrun with ants, and in an effort to control the infestation, all of our contents had to be moved out of the properties to prevent their further spread. 4. They have fraudulently attempted to make an unauthorized charge on my card. 5. They violated my privacy by inviting unaffiliated staff with Two Men and A Truck to my property without consent. To date, the following unfavorable resolutions have been proposed by Two Men and a Truck: 1. Provide them with the full payment for an incomplete scope of work, and provide them with additional payment to complete the scope of work with the staff that mishandled our contents and displayed an incredible lack of professionalism. 2. Provide them with the full payment for an incomplete scope of work, and hire their staff "under the table" to complete the remaining scope of work for a reduced cost. At this point, based on the overall performance of the staff, it would not be advisable to welcome them back to our property, only to continue causing damage to the contents and homes. I have reported the damages to Two Men and a Truck, in accordance with their business policy (required to notify them within 96 hours of the move) and they have been entirely uncooperative.

The price was an A for sure.

Awesome! The company ended up sending three men instead of two, and I feel like we needed them. They were all three polite, considerate, strong and knowledgeable. They worked almost non stop from 9 AM until 10 PM that night. Moving was very stressful on us, and they were one of several bright spots in the experience. I also got emails from the company giving hints of how to make your move easier, and I did read those as well. One thing, the men packed everything as well as they could, but still ran out of room for just a few items. My suggestion would be to get rid of things you are sure you don't want BEFORE you move!

Service was fine

It was good and the price was good. They were professional and prompt and did a good job. We had two moves in that and I would say they did it all within 3 hours. They were supposed to be done before a certain time and they did.

I had an estimator come to the home and provide a quote. The move included many large and heavy items including a piano. Estimate was for 7 hours with two truck and 4 movers. On the day of the move the crews were delayed by traffic on I-75. They called and kept me informed and arrived shortly later than scheduled. The move went extremely well. Upon arrival John walked through the house with me asking questions about where everything was going into the new home to properly load the two trucks. He told me he thought it should not take more than 4 hours rather than the 7 hours on the estimate. Then they quickly got to work. And I was amazed on how quickly they worked. The movers were incredibly strong and fast and they were also very careful to shrink wrap all the dressers and other fragile items. The move took just over 4 hours. I tipped the movers $75 each as they saved me much more than that by their quick work! Oh, one more thing. Nick and John are superstars. If I had a moving company I would seriously try to hire them away :-). Seriously all of the employees that moved us were professional and very polite. Since moving we have hired several contractors for plumbing, HVAC, fencing, tree removal, etc... But I must say the best value by far was the move by Two Men And A Truck -Stockbridge. I could not be more satisfied!

Two Men and a Truck do a wonderful job. There was no damage because they wrapped and secured all of my items and carefully and appropriately. They were on time and very professional.

Everything was done in 3-4 hrs time, nothing was broken and they were courteous and professional

I chose Two Men and a Truck based on price. I saw great reviews for another mover, but the better-than estimate from Two Men was almost $700 lower. So we decided on price, but the three great guys who came out and did all the work are the reason I'm writing this review. They were AWESOME!
I'm so grateful for their professionalism, friendliness, and extremely hard work. My husband and I agree that they exceeded our expectations, and they went well beyond their call of duty to help us. It was a great experience that we highly recommend, and one of the nice parts was that they finished hours before they expected and saved us about $600!

 very rude people, tried to get to an agreement with them, to no avail; I contacted the Attorney General's office, they gave me some names to contact, but that would have led to additional cost, so that I simply gave up. 2 men and a truck advertise  by small road-side cardboard billboards

They were good, timely, professional.  They did everything I asked.

The office staff was great. John worked with our schedule, which changed several time just before the move. He was responsive to my concerns about the movers themselves. The movers were an entirely different story. I have moved several times over the past 10 years and have always used a professional moving company. These guys were by far the most unprofessional movers I've ever had. Their pack job was terrible. They packed the toliet bowl cleaner a wardrobe box with my evening gowns. Curtain rods were bent. They did not cover my khaki sofa which was only 2 months old at the time of the move. It now has dirt streaks and finger marks all over it. Before unloading my belonging, the and quot;leadand quot; mover had to nerve to hand me an a blank envelope to put their tip in!

They didn't cut corners by driving in the yard. They stayed on the drives. They were careful with the houses, furniture, trees,etc. They were quick, efficient and very easy to work with. They were never wasting a moment of time. I feel I really got my monies worth. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Ask for this team if you can: Driver: Kendrick, Movers: Adrian &
Rosser. 

They arrived 21/2 hours late, were careless with furniture, scratches on many items and damaged table that was taken for repair.

Their price was reasonable, they were friendly and easy to work with.

I was pleased with the service. However, my husband had a firearm that was stolen during the move. They responded to our complaint promptly. They informed us that they performed a lie-detector test and ended up terminating an employee. We have used them prior to this experience and I have always been very pleased with them. They are very dependable and cautious with your furniture and home goods. They are quick. They're knowledgeable. They are very caring and thorough. They were responsive and punctual.

They are close by and they are dependable. We had no issues with them. Their charge was reasonable. We were pleased with the rate.

I contacted 2 Men and A Truck to help me complete a cross town move from an apartment to a storage building. I estimated the move would take approx 90 minutes. I contacted several companies but 2 Men was the only company that didn't want to charge me a 3 hour minimum. Paul and Kevin (I hope I got the names right!) arrived exactly when they said they would arrive. They completed a thorough walk through and made several suggestions for protecting and loading my items. They completed the loading and unloading in a very timely manner. They treated my belongings as if they were their own and on top of that were very friendly and courteous. I was very pleased with the service and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and to recommend 2 Men Stockbridge to anyone in the area!!

It was a complex operation, but they took care of it really well. They did everything we asked and more. They did a great job. They showed up on time and worked really fast. I'd use them again; they were pretty good. They were very thorough at what they did.
