After arriving, Mr Gage Eidson called to ask for money to buy a part, I was not close, so I offered to put the part on my credit card, which I did.  I became uneasy when he told me if he bought the part, he'd have to charge extra for using his money.....
He called later to say all was well, the oven was working, and the bill was $140.  Shortly after, the tenant called to say the oven was still not working properly...the oven (set to 425, was only heating to 335).   Mr Eidson became rather indignant, and said it was working fine when he left.  Later, he messaged me that he had scheduled another appointment, and there would be another service charge as well as more labor.  My tenant has not heard from him to schedule an another service call.  At this point, with $180 invested and the oven still isn't working, I think I'll call someone else.  
I texted Mr Eidson, and told him that although I understood more labor, I thought charging for another service call (that does not go against the labor) was not appropriate.
Mr Eidson texted me later in the evening, saying that the oven heated up to the correct temperature when he was there, and that he didn't know why my tenant (an extremely good tenant, who keeps the house clean and pays on time) hadn't told me this.  The conversation went downhill from there.  I told him the oven was not repaired and this is what I got back:
"Yea...you keep saying the same thing over and over again.let someone else deal with it then.you will find out real quick jus how much money u will spend. Have fun with that."
His next text said I would be better off buying a new stove....among other things.
The person mentioned in previous reviews was a gentleman named Tommy, so perhaps this is an employee, or someone who bought the business, but beware.   The price I was charged (although it's hard to compare what was done from one job to another seemed high.  
Rather than good customer service, and an "I'm sorry it doesn't work, I'll try something else"  I got rather irate texts, basically accusing my tenant of lying that her stove isn't working.   
I do not recommend this company to anyone. 

It went very well. He had to go get the part. He was very proffesional and yet friendly. Even after making two trips to my house, the total bill was only $137.00.

I was very pleased with his service and will definitely use him again.

Tommy came out the first day and my fridge was fixed the next day, saving me from the cost of replacing the fridge. Honest and reliable, will use again! Very satisfied and I appreciate how honest he was.

Tommy came out the following day. He did an outstanding job, was extremely fair. I actually had him look at some additional issues we were having around the house. He solved or answer all issues we were having, and was extremely fair on the cost. I would recommend tommy to anyone especially to seniors and women, because I think he is honest and very fair.

I called Tommy after seeing his name on Angie's List as someone in my area who did refrigerator repair. He came out the next day and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and was back out within two days to replace the part. He was very prompt and reasonable. He was honest with me and told me prior to ordering the part that there could still be an issur with my compressor. He was up front and told me that if it cost more than a certain amount to repair, it would be better for me to purchase a used refrigerator than spend the money having him repair it. Fortunately for me, the part he replaced fixed the problem. He then followed up with me a few days later to make sure it was still working and that everything was to my satisfaction. Tommy was very professional, very reasonable and I like the fact that he followed up with me after the service to make sure my refrigerator was stil working well and that I was satisfied with his service. I was very satisfied and would use him again and recommend him to any of my friends and family.

Well from the start, Tommy was very nice, very knowledgeable, explained everything that needed to be done. Efficient and cleaned up after himself.

He is on time and is reliable. He is very fair on his prices. He was recommended to us by other friends and now he fixes everything in the house. He also does pressure washing, drywall installation and repair. Sometimes he is a little slow on receiving phone calls when he is working but because it is just him; his wife takes the phone calls.
