They left floors were soaking wet. Took about 3 days to dry. When it did dry there was so much residue that after 2 weeks the carpet in high traffic areas is dirtier than before. Please don't use this service. They spent next to no time. It was obvious that they didn't care if my carpet was clean. We have had our carpet cleaned at least once a year and have never been dissatisfied before. Would never have used a different cleaner if my old company was still in business.
