Unfortunately, I had a few issues with this company and the final paint job for the deck was not done to my satisfaction. They were professional but we had some miscommunication on the scope of the contract at the outset which caused the price to increase. For example, they indicated that they were only going to paint the flat surfaces of the deck which was not acceptable. How could you not paint the rails? As I said we worked this out at an additional cost. So I advise making sure the details of the proposal are thoroughly discussed. The final paint job was mediocre; they replaced several wood boards and when these were painted some of the new wood was visible and the second coat of paint should have been put down. The most glaring problem was the areas between all of the replaced wood were not painted and you can see these unpainted areas on the deck and steps. Given I paid extra for the entire deck to be painted this is disappointing. I will have to have someone come in to fix this.
