They were great, they had a simple to understand pricing scheme, simple to understand, very good service, there was an interaction with customer.

. I had the bsod on my computer. I tried fixing it but ended up having to call a professional. So i called 3 different places and due to the ratings on angies list, the professionalism of the phone call and the quote over the phone, i chose RAM- TECH. I spoke with Cameron who handled everything. At first when i brought the computer home it kept crashing. I called him and told him it still was not fixed. He was very apologetic and told me he would come to my house and pick it back up to take another look. It surprised me that now in this day and time that someone would go out of there way to come to where you live to help you out. He could of made me bring it back to him. He also was going to bring it back to my home. He ended up finding the problem to be the motherboard.
He gave me one he had free of charge as well as a keyboard he had. When i got it home it froze up on me so I called him and he logged in to my computer and fixed the problem right away. It was a download of adobe that i could not get to download so Cameron did it his self. Cameron in my eyes was the most polite, and generous professional i have ever dealt with. I will use them again and if you need your computer worked on then RAM-TECH would be the one to call.

It went really well. They were very confident and polite. I would highly recommend them and already have. It's unfortunate that we have moved because we wanted to continue using them.

Company recently moved to new location. Office is not manned all the time, which I was not aware of. Called and told them what I needed and they said bring computer by. No one was there. Called again and someone was there to receive my computer within 30 minutes. Lesson learned, call before I go to insure someone is there. Otherwise, very satisfied with service received.

I called and decribed what i wanted .They gave me a verbal estimate.I carried the lap top to them and they gave me a written estimate . I had very tight time period when i needed the repairs completed. They met all of my request and kept me informed on regular basis.

PC was delivered to job site and it took two days to perform diagnostic and needed softare update.

I like them. They are upfront with their quotes. They negotiate on prices. They don't try to go over their pricing. Very, very hands on. Its just been a very positive service.
