Representative lied to the warranty company about the nature of the problem, blaming it on us. The warranty company denied coverage. As soon as I hung up the phone from that conversation, the Raburn representative offered to do the job as a direct contract for $300. I sent him packing.

THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND PROMPT, GOOD FOR ROUTINE PLUMBING, SHOW CONCERN FOR SAVING THE HOMEOWNER MONEY. HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO FIX ONE OF MY PROBLEMS.
