Back in 2012, I called PDQ because we noticed a crack in our interior hallway right where we had built a three-bedroom home extension. They came out and addressed the problem and assured me, if over time, it separates again, they would return, at no-cost to me. It did occur again, a few years later, after a particularly rainy season. PDQ came out, made necessary adjustments and fixed the problem. Then again, in 2019, after months of rain, we called them again and Chuck came out, explained what was going on and assured me the settling of the addition was repaired. Nowadays you do not find a company that has the honest, customer-service that PDQ has. These guys are fantastic and I will recommend to anyone needing foundation repair to call PDQ and they will receive fair, honest pricing, and most-importantly service on said-repair work for life. NO COMPANY has this kind of customer service anymore, especially still holding up a guarantee after 7 years! Thank you and your wonderful crew Chuck for the years of service. The prompt call backs, and the explanations of why home was settling. You guys are fantastic and have my eternal gratitude. May God continue to bless you all !
