We've always been pleased with the services from Northwest. Today, Jeremy did our quarterly pest control and annual termite check of our home and we were beyond pleased! Jeremy was very friendly yet professional and most of all very thorough. We have been using Northwest since 2002 after not being pleased with services from another company. Excellent. Both professionals wore booties in my home over their shoes. The service was covered under my contract. Most of my neighbors use NW and I would recommend them to anyone. I can sleep well tonight :)

Even though it wasn't time for them to do their schedule visit. I needed two of the baits repositioned. They came out repositioned the baits and they didn't charge me anything additional.

I spent $98 for the last service. I think they are a little high, but I don’t know what other exterminators charge. The effectiveness is good. Their professionalism and punctuality are both very good. They use green products that don’t hurt your pets.
