That is not the first time that I have used them. I have used them three or four times. They are reasonable. It was a quick job. They had the equipment that I didn't have. Maybe twenty minutes. Just one worker. Nothing was changed.

Excellent from start to finish. Answered my call quickly and professionally. Arrived on time and completed the install with top quality results. I had previously worked with 2 other plumbers who were difficult and never followed through. Mike's was a pleasure to deal with and woman-owned! Outstanding.

I purchased a product from this provider. They did a fine job installing the water heater; however the water heater is just too loud. You can hear it three floors up.

First I must compliment Kathy in the office.  I called her frantic on a Friday afternoon to get this faucet fixed ASAP.  They couldn't come at that time, but not knowing me from Adam, they promised to come first thing on a Monday morning.  Completely separate from my problem my next door neighbor's washing machine line burst and we were mopping up water and trying to mitigate damages from 5:30 AM on.  Not only did the technicians complete my repairs, but they were kind enough to stop by her unit and help her out as well.  Everyone at Mike's Plumbing was kind, professional, helpful, and willing to accommodate me as much as possible.  I recommend them to everyone and will certainly  contact them for all of my plumbing needs!

They came out the same day I called, replaced my water heater, and hauled off my old one. They were MUCH cheaper than Home Depot and put in a Rheem water heater that was much nicer than the one from HD. You can just tell that they're good, honest people.

Price was very reasonable.  He was very responsive.  I will use this provider in the future.
