The homeowner is very happy with the work done and the condominium complex. The Leaksmart professionals are always punctual, courteous, extremely professional and provide very skilled services.
The Fontaine West Condominiums is a very distressed community of homes and we have 45 year old flat roofs that are in extreme disrepair. The folks at Leaksmart work with our limited budget and allow us to cover our expenses on a monthly budget plan. Leaksmart provides 1st rate quality work that fixes our issues on the first attempt and they make themselves available to our homeowners and allow direct contact from our homeowners, all of whom are very satisfied customers.
