We got several quotes and most companies were not able to do our difficult Mansard style roof. Our roof job was not easy and I think they probably under priced it but they did what they needed and the communication was excellent which is what really won the contract from us. Chris answered every question promptly and my wife had a lot of them. I am in real estate and deal with contractors all the time and was very impressed and I now refer them to my clients.

The crew showed up and did their work without any need to supervise.

Job completed on time. Roof looks beautiful. KTM provided me with material so I could be an educated consumer about roofing.

We used them several times. They were always able to fix leaks and keep the roof usable. We have sold that house and no longer live in that area.

They are a good company and it was okay. They were timely and they did a good job.

It can be difficult to find a decent roofer.  I was pleasantly surprised to find an excellent roofer in KTM.  I have used them for roofing and gutter work for two properties.  Richard and Tim provide top notch consultative, value added service.  The homeowner is fully educated on what needs to be done and why.  Their staff is amazingly thorough and conscientious down to the final clean up.  You won't have to suffer through damaged landscaping or picking up nails forever with KTM.  KTM does not consider the job done until you are completely satisfied.

They were absolutely excellent in everything. The price was good and they had a great presentation. They cleaned up well. I was totally impressed. They got the job done in about a day and a half. The scheduling was very good. They also went to a great extent to protect the landscaping around the house. They used tarps to protect it so nothing got damaged.

I liked them very much.  They were responsive.  Everyone that came out was very personable.  The price that they quoted was fair.  The work was a little messy that concerned me because I have young children & pets and there were nails everywhere.  When I called and talked about it, they sent the crew right back out and cleaned up again.  It was responsive and a good thing.  They were very efficient.  They got the work done in one day.  They said it would take a day and they did exactly what they said they would do.  It would be helpful if more than one person in their crew speaks English.  I hate making comments like that, but it was a real problem.  Their prices were average.  Their punctuality was extremely good.

The roofing job turned out pretty well.  The job was done really, really well.  I had some issues with the paperwork getting sent to my insurance company in a timely manner!

But the original builder had run our ac lines against the roof decking. The roofers nailed through 16 feet of it. That wound up accelerating our purchase of a new hvac system by about 6 months or so.
These folks were extremely responsiveness in the past whenever we had a leak in the old roof. While not the cheapest, they were one of the lowest bids we received. Cannot say enough about how pleasant Casey Brenner, the office manager, was to work with.

I called KTM Roofing right after I noticed a couple of watermarks on my ceiling.  I asked them to come out and take a look at my roof.  It took them approximately a week to get out to my house because they were backed up with several other jobs ahead of mine due to a recent storm.
The technician arrived at my home during the appointment window and performed the work previously described.  They did a good job of making the repairs and I have not noted any more leaks.
For the work done, I thought the charge was fair.  KTM did follow up with me after the repair work was done to make sure I was satisfied and to see if there were any problems during the call.  I am happy with the work they performed on my house and i liked doing business with them.

The roof looks great and the company addressed a few minor issues very promptly.  This is a very professional roofing company that wants to do the best job possible for the customer.

KTM Roofing Co. was professional and did a good job. They were punctual and responsive. It was a small job and we thought the price was standard for the job done and think it was reasonable. We would use them again in the future.

We called several roofers in search of a solution to to the leaking around our stone-faced chimney.  The irregular surface of the stones had defied previous attempts to achieve a long-lasting seal.  KTM Roofing inspected our roof and offered a creative solution using lead flashing to conform to the chimney contours, and was the only roofer to warranty this installation.  We also had them replace the roof over our back porch, which had a very shallow pitch and was prone to leak.  Lastly, we had them install gutter protectors in our existing gutters, plus add a new gutter.Their installers arrived on time, on the scheduled day, and worked tirelessly.  Everything was installed as promised, in a workman-like manner, and all debris was cleaned up.  I climbed up to inspect the roof and it was spotless, which is unusual, in my experience.  We did notice that some of the flashing was a slightly different color that what I has expected--which was my fault for not pointing it out before they left--but they came back and repainted it, no questions asked.I will be considering them again when it is time to replace the main roof!

They took down three layers of old roof and put in the new roof. Their prices were great and they did an excellent job with cleanup. I had a small repair that needed to be done and they did it free of charge.

Actually not much to tell... I had the estimate done which was on the lower side but not the cheapest but overall the impression I got was of an interested and concerned company who would stand behind their work. The team came, removed the old roof and put the new one on. I knew there were some places in the plywood which would require replacement and they were good about showing where the problems were and about charging for what they actually used. There was a mistake with the installation of an additional roof vent pipe for the kitchen and with the new attic vent system but they were not major and it was all worked out. Cleanup was good but not superb.

People at KTM Roofing Co. Inc. seemed to care about what they did and how they worked. Gutters were something new for them so in the end I found that some of the gutters were scratched. It didn’t seem to be done correctly. However, they did come out and fixed that. It took a couple of visits for them to fix it and I didn’t pay them until it was complete. It seemed to go pretty well overall. Their pricing was fine. I would use them again in the future if required.
