Flooring
Their services were terrible. After they left, the floor in the den buckled up. There was a little hill from one end to the other. We called him about this issue and he came back a few weeks later and redid the part of the floor that was buckling up, but he did not replace the molding that he tore out. The flooring he repaired is better, but it is still not right. In our upstairs master bathroom we were having vinyl laid down. We left when he was installing it. When we came back, he had left and did not complete the work. There is about 3 feet of bare hardwood floor that is not covered. He told me that he would give me a refund for not finishing the bathroom (over $200.00) on Dec. 12, 2009 and it is now Feb. 26, 2010 and I have not received that money.
