Our GA contractors license # is RLCI000009 and our FL license # is CBC057496. We provide free estimates, with a minimal diagnostic fee if we need to diagnose and treat your problem. We use Straight-Forward pricing, so that you never have to guess what your repair, replacement, or new construction will cost. We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all work performed. We have special promotions that we offer from time to time, that offer discounts for specific work. We will give 10% off of any work you need, if you mention you found us on Angie's list and ask for the "Angie's List discount." We provide the "Overhead Care Plan", that gives you the best benefit for your home. This puts you at the front of the line, and at the top level of service. We are members of RSI (Roofers Success International). We have been locally serving the greater Atlanta areas now for over two decades. We have a 24/7 live Call-Taker that answers the phone for Griffin Renovations/Healthy Roof. We provide Emergency Response services for your storm or catastrophe damage needs. "I am sorry that this customer feels that they had a bad experience. We performed all the work that was listed in our contract with the customer. Apparently there is more rotted wood, at their house, that was not to be done per the contract. Griffin Renovations would be happy to do the additional work. However, we will have to have another contract, which will be an additional cost to the customer."
"I am surprised to see this review. There was a mishap at this customer's home. However, I personally responded, immediately. And I stayed attentive to the customer and his needs until the problem was resolved. We even painted extra areas, in an effort to go above and beyond repairing our mistake. The customer even voiced to me that he was satisfied. I am disappointed to hear that there was not 100% satisfaction. I will contact the customer to see what more I can do to insure his happiness. We always strive for perfection. However, being human, we do fall short on occasion.
