I spoke with a Reynold. We had a verbal agreement with them that they would manage two properties we own. They were suppose to send us some paperwork before starting. We waited 2-3 weeks for that paperwork, but then received a letter stating that they were unable to manage the properties without explanation. They wasted our time looking at these properties and waiting on their paperwork. We had already stopped searching for property managers and had to start all over again looking for other companies. Don't waste your time with this company.

A Greentree Realty Agent met with the Member at their rental property, as stated by the Member, on Sept 25, 2012. At Greentree Realty, we believe in punctuality. The Agent was there 15 minutes before the Webster’s even pulled into the driveway. After reviewing the property the Member asked if the Agent had time to review a second property that was not scheduled. The Agent gladly drove over to the second property for review. The Agent told the Member’s that the office would be in touch with them. After Greentree Realty, Inc. reviewed the Agent’s report we opted not to accept their properties. We didn’t sign a contract to manage the properties nor did we accept any funds from the Member’s. We merely met with them to view their properties. We contacted the Member via telephone on Oct 1, 2012 with no response. We then emailed a general denial letter to the email address they had provided us with.
