They are warm and friendly and better than that the price is always great and I do not fee that they are throwing in stuff that I do not need. I have gotten to know the owner and plenty of the workers and they are great people.
Description of Work: I have had them replace a catalytic convertor, tune up, and countless other things. They are the place I go with my cars.

 + -1 moreI was having trouble with my car as it was cutting off. I had gone to the dealer and they had done an estimate. Several things showed up on the code on their check in system and they weren't sure which one of those things was causing the problem and they wanted to charge me $300 for the diagnosis alone. They wanted to keep my car for three days for diagnosis. Then I took my car to Mr. Fletcher who instantly said that he was going to fix it. He fixed one thing on my car and that cleared the problem; In fact 5 different things showed up on the code for him as well but he looked up at all of that and fixed the exact thing which was cutting my car off. He gave me a reasonable price and did it in a reasonable amount of time, in just couple of days. He is very friendly. His prices are very fair and good compared to my dealer. He is great at diagnosing the problem and my son took his car to him too after I did, and he fixed his car's ignition problem.
