Stay away from this place. They installed tile directly on drywall in my shower which resulted in a leaking shower three years later. The owner came to my house and acted like he was going to fix the problem. I sent him lots of photos of the work his team did and then he never called me back. The shower looked great, the tile work didn't last, and now I'm paying to fix it again. The pictures I have show that you did install tile directly to drywall inside a part of my shower. I'm happy to remove the comment if you can explain. Now I'm having to file another insurance claim and pay another delectable.

We had to have our hardwoods refinished again because it was chipping. After much negotiating, I thought we had come to an understanding that worked for everyone.  However, whatever they put on the hardwoods, (the second time), is chipping and looks so bad that we are going to have to pack and store our furniture and have the hardwoods sanded and finished AGAIN - 3rd time.
They will tell you that I gave them a rave review after the work was done. That's true. The men were great to work with that were here during the process of refinishing. The finish looked great right after the work was done. However, when the problems began with the chipping, (see picture), I reported it to them and they referenced my review to them above and refused to do anything about it.
I would not recommend this company.

Dalton's handles any size job, which I appreciate. They did a wonderful job, expertly done, all of the seams match and they definitely know what they are doing. My only complaint was after they left, I had to scrub the floor 4 times before I got rid of the grout residue, even though they had cleaned it before they left.

DCC floors was great. They came in and rescued me from a botched job after I fired another contractor. I called them at 9am on a Saturday morning and they had someone onsite to both quote me in writing and start working by noon. Walter stayed until 10:30 that evening to finish repairing and laying the floors. He was very good at what he does, kind and a VERY hard meticulous worker.

I HAD TO MOVE FURNITURE FOR PROBLEMS THEY CREATED, AND HAD TO COME BACK THREE TIMES TO REPAIR.
