Water leaking on both bathrooms so i called the maintenance, SP came over, over. 2 maintenance came over providing me false names when they go to the roof i heard an explosion and the sewage all over the place including the part of the bedroom. all they done didnt work. the work gets worst. when same maintenance company came but different crew they solved the problem. It is a nightmare dealing with them the apartment needs to be sanitized. This can be dangerous because of the bacteria in it. So i called the Sp but the manager didnt even apologized. just recently bugs are running over the place (drain flies) because of the sewage.offered a check worth 260$ but didnt accept the check after that nothing heard from that plumbing company not even apologies. The whole thing was no nobody cared of the situation even though they knew I was handicapped.
