Lousy. He took a lot longer to fix my laptop than he said he would. He misplaced my laptop and had a hard time finding it.
He replaced my glossy display with a matte display, charged more for it than he quoted for the glossy, broke the bezel, and swore up and down that the display he installed WAS the glossy, even after I pointed out that it clearly was NOT the glossy.
I can not recommend this service provider, in good conscience, to anyone.
