+ -1 more9.23.15 - This is an update to my experience using Bravo Group as my property manager. As soon as the contract was signed, issues began. While it appears that they manage a good number of properties, they do not appear to have a process in place to welcome new customers and advise them on Bravo's processes and procedures. We feel that we have had to learn as we go in dealing with various staff who have not been responsive to our contacts. A requests to have maintenance performed has not been responded to in over a week. I finally sent them a notice that I would travel 500 miles to do the work myself. I am having a hard time trying to believe that if they treat the owner in this manner, they will do any better with the renter's concerns and requests. Very disappointed. 9.14.15 - I contacted Dave Lentz from Bravo Group concerning their property management services for a property I own in Douglasville, GA. He was very professional and provided all the information I needed to make a decision. After considering other agencies, I decided to go with Bravo due to a more owner friendly standard contract for services, the number of properties they manage and their apparent efficiencies. They came out and took pictures and a video of the property and it is currently on the market. I will keep this report updated as we progress, but for now, I am very happy with the service they provide and their responsiveness.

Description of Work: Concern over frequent turnover in property managers, but I would still have rated them at a B or higher until this last summer. At that time we encountered our first problems in 18 months. The managers or their assistants have not had a sense of urgency in resolving problems for the tenant. However, each time I have escalated due to delays or frustration, sr management has stepped in and obtained immediate results for us. This proves to us that the company is capable but seems challenged in placing the right people in the positions. All personnel have always been pleasant and professional. Our only problem is the follow through and sense of urgency mentioned previously. These may be growing pains that Bravo must work through. We are not throwing in the towel yet by any means and expect the issues to improve!
