We are founded by investors who ended the search for great property management by starting their own real estate firm. 9.14.15 - I contacted Dave Lentz from Bravo Group concerning their property management services for a property I own in Douglasville, GA.
He was very professional and provided all the information I needed to make a decision.
After considering other agencies, I decided to go with Bravo due to a more owner friendly standard contract for services, the number of properties they manage and their apparent efficiencies.
They came out and took pictures and a video of the property and it is currently on the market.
I will keep this report updated as we progress, but for now, I am very happy with the service they provide and their responsiveness.
