Mo is great! He is always friendly and he let's us know if he is going to push back the day of mowing due to weather conditions, etc. He is a little slow to get back to us when we have questions, but I think it's just because he is so busy! 



He has a team of guys or just him doing the work. The lawn always looks good, and we haven't had any "accidents" and it's been a year now. Much better than our last service! Would recommend Mo to all my friends.

This is the second year that I've used Big Mo to take care of all of my lawn care needs.  I found him last year on Angie's List and he was able to resurrect my lawn after multiple years of haphazard servicing while I was deployed.  He has saved me from purchasing unnecessary services and my lawn is starting to look like it did when I first purchased the house 10 years ago.  Mo treats every lawn he services as if it were his own. While I am sure it is disappointing to those customers who are turned away, those of us who are not, appreciate the service we receive because Mo has remained small enough to do everything himself.  I've had a bad experience with another customer's yards contaminating mine in the past so I appreciate Mo looking out for his current customers by requiring weed control as a prerequisite for his service.  Servicing customers with no weed control was a costly mistake for my previous provider that I'm sure Mo was trying to avoid. My yard is Mo's as long as he is willing to keep me as a customer.  Big Mo's Lawn Care Rocks!!!

My experience with Big Mo's  services has been great!  I am  thoroughly pleased with his professionalism and the genuine interest to ensure that I am a satisfied customer. My property has a hill on both sides that requires more effort than normal to cut. After wasting a lot of time and money trying to do my own lawn maintenance, I believe that Big Mo's is a very good value to my investment in my property.  Suggesting the implementation of a weed control and prevention program has also made a difference in the appearance of my lawn.  I am impressed on how my lawn is improving over time.  I must also say that this is the BEST my lawn has looked in years! 

After reading a review of Big Mo?s Lawn Care dated May 9, 2015, I felt compelled to share my thoughts.  My concern is how  someone can rightfully give a fair review of a company that was never hired to perform a job.  We, as a people, have a choice on whether or not to utilize the services from any company based on our particular needs.  Businesses have operational standards that are set by the OWNER. Sometimes, deviating from these standards may put business owners in compromising and weak positions which may contribute to the success or failure of their businesses.

I am appreciative of the fact that when I called Big Mo?s Lawn Care, I was educated about ?weed control and prevention?.  After Big Mo?s provided guidelines and standards of the company, the decision to move forward or not with their services was solely the discretion of me, the consumer.  In addition, as a pet owner, it is my responsibility to safeguard my animal from any chemicals that may be dangerous to him.  In other words, I must either temporarily secure him or bring him inside my home until the chemical dries.

My other concern is with Angie?s List providing a platform allowing members to share any type of grievance that may be non-reflective of businesses in which the consumer has NOT used????  It is unfair to allow reviews of businesses to have bearing on their ratings.  Is there any type of filtering system in place that minimizes the posting and attacking of businesses?  Has anyone researched to determine the validity of these posts?

Contacted Big Mo and he was prompt in returning my call.  He went through all the services that he provides and then asked me what I was looking for.  I am extremely happy with his professionalism and work ethic.  Our yard looks great.  He did a follow up call to ensure we were satisfied.  I will continue to use Big Mo's service in the future.  I recommend him whole heartedly.

I have been impressed with Big Mo's professionalism, knowledge, and dependability.  He takes pride in his work and has provided good information on the best way to keep my lawn throughout the season.  I have recommended his services to several of my neighbors.

We hired this company to provide lawn care for the home of an aging parent, who is very particular about the yard. I live in another state, and Mo was courteous, and professional to work with. He has provided exceptional service, far exceeding our expectations. Mo takes great pride in his work. He even contacted me when he had concerns about the well being of my parent. This has been a great comfort to me, knowing someone close by is keeping an eye out. I appreciate having a service provider who I can trust and has been flexible at times when needed. My parent called him an absolute 'God send.' I very highly recommend him.

Big Mo did an excellent job.  The yard looks very nice.  He is prompt, courteous, and efficient, discussing my options and making suggestions.  It is good to find someone so knowledgeable and dependable.  I also like that he gave me a price list and a schedule for the remaining contract.  He follows up and keeps in touch.  I would recommend calling Big Mo for any lawn care needs.

As a customer of Big Mo?s Lawn care I would like to respond to the F rating review posted this month.  I have been a customer for 2 years and I have never experience this type of behavior from neither Mr. Mo nor his employees, I have witness nothing less than professionalism.  Since Big Mo?s have been serving my property I have received several accolades from neighbors, family and friends on how great my lawn looks now compared to 2 years prior before Big Mo?s begin caring for my lawn.  Big Mo?s come out every other week to service my property they cut, trim hedges and spray my flower beds; I have never come home to dissatisfaction to the service that were  provided.  I am not sure what happen with your experience however, if I had received such bad service I would not have waited a year before posting my experience. I am very satisfied with the service from Big Mo?s lawn care and would recommend them to everyone.       

The date of service may not be exact but last spring/summer (2013), we contacted Big Mo about providing landscaping services for our property.  He came out fairly quickly and provided an estimate that we were happy with.  When he asked me if I wanted several large hedges on our property just trimmed or cut all the way down, I specifically told him to just trim them down.  Upon arriving at home later that day, the first thing I notice is that the hedges are hacked all the way down--problem #1.  Later that evening, I talked to Mo and I explained I just wanted the hedges trimmed, not taken down.  He apologizes but then goes on to tell me about an incident  between one of his crew and one of the neighbors. He neglected to tell me that his crew member was rude to the neighbor and pretty much caused the HOA PRESIDENT to leave us a nasty letter in our mailbox, threatening to not allow Big Mo and his crew back in the subdivision.  Upon calling the president of the HOA, I get a totally different story than what I was originally told by Big Mo--problem #2.  Like complete idiots, we continued to allow him to service our property because it had been very difficult to find someone to maintain our yard--problem #3.  At one point, several weeks passed and we hadn't had our grass cut.  I called Mo to ask what happened and apparently, there was some "mix up" with a customer with the same last name--problem #4. Huh?  What kind of record keeping is going on here?  So, he promised to come out immediately and cut the yard, no charge. No problem.  When we were due to have our grass cut again, he didn't show. up  Several more weeks passed and we never heard from him.  Needless to say, we are no longer using his service and we are VERY happy with the company that we currently use.  Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES would I recommend and/or use Big Mo's Lawn Care EVER again.

I left a rather detailed text letting Mo know that I needed someone to maintain my yard. He called me back almost immediately to discuss my yard, what I wanted, and what he was able to provide. He was very professional and knowledgeable so we set an appointment for him to walk the property and give me an estimate. His prices are very reasonable and I am very pleased with the quality of his work. My shrubs and hedges haven't looked this good since I bought the property almost nine yeas ago.
