Sam was referred to me by my company's relocation department. I was impressed how friendly, knowledgeable and prompt he was in finding a home to buy. Sam answers all your questions promptly (even on the weekends). He made me feel he was really looking out for my best interests. Sam did not try to steer me towards a home which was priced higher.
