I have a really good real estate agent. We bought a house in April through her but we also used her in 2006 when we bought a house. Her fees are normal for realty. With her she really cares about her clientele, she won't let you settle for any house. Like if you have a dog she will make sure you get a house with a yard and a fence. I think we went to look at 100 different homes and she had no problem she was very motivated each and every time to go out and pick them out. We were very happy with her. She's a very hard working lady, I don't know where she gets the energy. She makes sure you get the right place.
