When we were 1/3 of the way through and they had all the material funds
they stated due to personal reasons and manpower they couldn't finish
the project. The said part of the job had been finaled and part had a
rough in inspection - when I called the city inspector he stated none of
that was true. Upon further inspection about $16,000 in equipment that
was delivered was not correct. All of the work done was not per code or
construction standards. They kept all the money for materials & would not give any
of the funds back or return the incorrect equipment. They took over $80,000 and
did not deliver correct equipment or work. They owe thousands back - but just
took the money and ran.
We tried contacting them repeatedly to work with them but they closed
their doors after taking our money. They committed fraud and negligence.
We will NEVER use them or anyone affiliated with them. Everyone BEWARE
of this company and any company associated with them or anyone who
owns part of the company. They start companies, take peoples money, close
that company then start a new one later.
