KING'S DEPENDABLE PLUMBING

My water bill doubled from one month to another and I discovered a leak at the water meter. I knew Danny from a previous repair at my place of business. On that previous problem, he had impressed me with the clarity of his explanation of the problem and the proposed repair. For this problem, I called him early in the week. He was very busy, but thought he could make it to my house by Friday. He works with another company. Danny said they could be there about 3:00. Actually, they finished their other job early and arrived at my house just after 1:00. They dug up the damp area and found the leak quickly. The gasket to the water meter nipple was either defective or broken. The pipe downstream of the water meter was bent, impeding flow. They cut off and replaced the bent section of pipe and the gasket. The work was strenuous and dirty. They were very cheerful and didn't mind me watching and asking questions. I consider the charges for labor and material to be quite reasonable compared to work done by another company in the past.
