Excalibur Landscape Lighting

I would not recommend Joshua Nix with Excalibur landscape lighting to my worst enemy. He is unfortunately the definition of a liar and a thief. I hired Josh for two small lighting projects on the front of my house over the past couple years which went through with no issues and so it led me to not hesitate to hire him for a third and larger lighting project for the back of my home. He told me the lights were on the verge of a price increase so I paid all upfront in November of 2022 to take advantage of the lower cost per light. He NEVER came back even one time to install a single light fixture. He took my money and ran. Six months of excuse after excuse, reschedule after reschedule and he never came out not a single time. I asked Josh for my money to be returned to me on May 25th, 2023 and as of today, January 23rd, 2024, I have yet to receive my money back. As of writing this, we have yet to have litigation as he has been evading being served. In my opinion, one of the big things that sold me on Josh was he offered a lifetime warranty on the light fixtures. Any light he installs he said he would replace if it ever failed or burned out. That would be a big upside if he actually followed through. I have had multiple lights burn out from the earlier jobs he installed on the front of my house and naturally he has also yet to come replace any of those bulbs Iâ ve messaged him repeatedly about. Same situation, says he will be there on a certain day and time and never shows up or calls or texts, just nothing. Worst possible business practices out of this guy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
