IThey helped me get the highest price for my home suggesting minor repairs that would add value. They made time for me and were always available for questions and even sat with me at closing. That was really cool having someone there to help me with all tthat paperwork.

When I first went with them, they seemed fairly reasonable and friendly. However, after I moved out I was charged 275 dollars in general yard work (yard mowed and hedges trimmed), which normally cost me 40 a month from someone locally found in the area. They also charged me $150 to clean a carpet in a room that I marked as having stains and burn marks
on it when I moved in and continued asking them to clean it because of the horrible smell and sanitation in the next 2 to 3 weeks after I moved in. When I called them about these costs they would not give me back the money for the carpet (even though the previous tenants destroyed it and I had proof) and they would not give me an itemized list of the yard work done and why it would ever cost that much. When I asked for receipts showing that it would actually cost that much, they told me that that is the home owners business and they would only give me those and an itemized list of what they did if legal was involved. They also told me the carpet was cleaned (more than vacuumed) prior to me moving in which was an outright lie because I was told soon after I moved in that it was only vacuumed and the carpet would have been wet if it was cleaned the day I moved in like they had said. Overall, I was charged 325 dollars in ambiguous (at best) work that was done to the house with actually no proof of it being done and what I was legally not responsible for. Their ethical business practices are limited, if even existent, and I'm pretty sure it's because most people would lose money by legally trying to get back the money that they're owed.
