Valli's Precision Collision

Well, after having my van for almost 5 weeks, I got it back only to discover that the back rear bumper had a big, deep scratch that wasn't there before.  The rubber seal on the window was buckled and the trim was not even glued on.  To top that off, all my change was stolen (except a dime) out of my change drawer.  There was no reason to even look in that drawer.  I have had my van at several other business and no one has ever touch my change.  It was like $10 in change.  I am more hurt than angry that you can't trust them.  Very disappointed in this place.

Handled everything they were supposed to and cleaned & oiled latches on both sides of the tailgate. Have used Valli's several times over the years and have always received the same service; courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. I wouldn't take a vehicle anywhere else.

The customer service was prompt and friendly. Valli is a very nice man, and a good businessman. They took pictures and gave us a very reasonable quote. The car was perfect once the job was completed.

Our State Farm Insurance gave us four approved body shops they worked with regularly. Because this business (Valli's Precision Collision Center, 16632 Ga Highway 67 Statesboro, GA 30458) is on our way to and from town center, we had noted that since they built there several years ago, their number of clients has grown quite rapidly.
After bringing it there to estimate time and money necessary, we did not need to look further. Observing work done, seeing that at least 3 other major insurance companies did business with them, and hearing the ever polite description of what needed to be done; their professionalism was obvious and impressive.
Looking over the repair list, even 4 wheel alignment was performed. Both form and function were attended to.
The RAV4 looks new again, and was returned to us clean both inside and out.
We recommend this business, and WILL bring our second vehicle there to be re-painted soon.
