Superb Service, responsive, 30 minutes and done. I called at 1:30 pm, James appeared at house at 4:00. Confirmed my phone diagnosis, accessed and replaced mechanism, done in 30 minutes. Absolutely 5 star service. Yes, I highly recommend them.

They obviously knew what they were doing and had everything diagnosed and done very quickly.  Unfortunately it was too expensive to "save" the dishwasher (not their fault), but they were very timely with calling me back with how much the parts and labor would cost.  Excellent service, excellent price. Labor costs were exceptionally reasonable, in my opinion. I'll definitely call them again in the future if need be.

They noticed me before they arrived. They came in and immediately knew whAt was wrong . They worked quickly and did an EXCELLENT job. I was very pleased with their service and work. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

They aren't open very late, but they will work with you. We bought GE Profile appliances. They ordered and delivered them.

Very quickly. The technician called me when he was on the way to my house. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. The men were very polite and efficient. I was able to return to work in a reasonable amount of time.

We had just bought a new washer and dryer when we had issues with the washing machine. Because we had a warrenty, the provider was sent to our home to fix the issue. They came out, assessed the problem, figured out what needed to be obtained to fix the problem, ordered the part, and came back to fix the issue. They were very professional and courteous. I will be using them again!

Set up the appointment for service; the technicians arrived on time, were very friendly and helpful. They troubleshot the problem and ordered parts. They provided tips on how to extend the use of the refrigerator until they could return. When the parts arrived, they scheduled a time to complete repairs. They arrived on time and completed the repairs. The estimated cost of repairs was right on and I was very satisfied with their work and professionalism. I will definitely call them again if I need any other repairs.

They have done a great job the few times I used them. They kept me in the loop as far as what was going on. They took care of the problem from start to finish. Overall they are very easy to deal with. I would definitely use them again.
