I have never had any problem with them. They always done what they said they were going to do. If it was something that they couldn’t fix they will be up front with you.

They did a pretty descent job with my car service. I also needed new tires for my front axle and one of the employees helped me find a place to purchase used tires. I came back with some new tired and they performed the wheel alignment on my car. When they finished, my car drive so smoothly! I had gotten other estimates on what the problem could have been wrong with my vehicle , but as soon as I arrived here, they knew exactly what to do. I was very pleased with the customer service and the work that was done! I will Definitely return if I ever need more work done on my car!

The front passenger side hub cracked in two.  Had the car towed to Southside after hours.  In the morning, the next day, Kaye called promptly and we discussed the the work and they gave me an estimate.  After talking about, I decided to have the front driver's side replaced as well, since the cracking and the failure were hidden; she gave me a revised estimate to cover both sides.  The job was completed before noon and, the final price was the final estimate.  No surprises!

Great experience!  We were new to town and in need of some minor auto repair and the team at Southside came highly recommended.  They were honest, professional, and fair. 

Went very well.  No surprises.  We dropped the car off mid morning and ran some errands.  While still running errands, Kaye called and let me know they were done and it was ready whenever we were.  I appreciated the phone call!  We are new in the area and quite frankly, dreading the process of finding a new, trustworthy repair shop.  Will definitely go back and give them a try for more involved work.

I think the work performed is good, price fair, and was performed quickly in a timely manner.

We have been going to Southside for over 20 years. They frequently helped us avoid what we would anticipate were large expenses by pointing out a simpler or cheaper way to fix the problem. After my wife got a scary report from an oil change place ("your serpentine belt and hoses are cracked and could leave you by the side of the highway at any time") we took the car to Southside and had them check it out. Everything was OK. When we told them the story of how the oil change place tried to scare my wife into expensive, unnecessary service, they commiserated, saying, "That happens to women a lot." But it sure is nice to know there is at least one place we can always trust. They seem to realize that if they are honest and work with customers to keep cost down, they earn the trust and return business from their customers. I'm a retired professor from the local university and I have no connection with them, BTW.

I have been using Southside since the early 1990's. The previous owners never did me wrong and always had the car fixed correctly the first time. It always took two days to have car ready - but it was worth it. Now the operation is under new management. It is great to see the same tradition going on with one added bonus - the car is usually ready much sooner. I have not had any rough experiences yet with the new management - If I do, I will let you know. I gave a B for professionalism because when they called me to tell me my car was ready - I had to ask them how much the total bill was. Customer service rules dictate I should have been told without having to ask.
