Mr Jerry was a big help and relief to be able to fix my machine. I thought i would have to buy a new one but was relieved that he took the time and was able to order a part for my machine. I think he was very professional, patient and thorough. He even serviced the machine at no charge. I also enjoyed his humor and personality. He taught me how to use my machine in the best way to avoid problems in the future. I definitely would recommend him to anyone that needs sewing machine repair.

I purchased a great sewing machine from Mr. Jerry in early September. I was too busy to use it until just a week or so ago. The machine worked fine for about 20 minutes, then I could not get the bobbin thread to come up. I read the manual and did all I could do to make the machine work. I returned the machine to Mr. Jerry who diagnosed the problem as a worn part in the inner workings of the machine. He sent the machine out to have it fixed and had it back in 2 days. The machine works great now. I feel like there was not a way for this problem to be foreseen. The charge to fix it was far below the actual cost. Mr. Jerry took time to explain the problem in detail and made sure I understood the repair. I told him I was a novice sewer and he took lots of his time to teach me things I need to know about the operation of the machine. I am very appreciative and would certainly continue to call on Mr. Jerry with needs or questions. Very nice, helpful, professional man.
