First, I was able to schedule service for same day in the evening hours. I was able to get a time slot of 7:30-9:30p.m.. I rec'd a call at about 6:20 asking if I was available and if the plumber could come earlier. I was on my way home and it worked out great. The plumber arrived as expected, looked at the problem, and explained what needed to be done and gave me an accurate estimate of cost. He completed the work, double checked the repair. The area was clean when he was done. He was personable and professional throughout. It was a great experience thanks to Chuck Spidell, plumber!
I did not have a good experience the last time I used this provider, but am glad I tried them again. I believe that was a one-off experience as I have otherwise been happy with their service.
