"[Member Name Removed]was present during the original manufacturing of the repair unit. She had no complaints at that time and in fact stated that "it was wonderful". Approximately three weeks later she called to say that her friend did not like the shape of the "o", I informed her that if she was not satisfied with the unit I would be glad to remanufacture the letters for her at no cost. I also informed her that I had a very large work load and she would have to wait her turn. We are the only neon manufacturer with in a two mile radius and as you can image we have a large commercial clientele. After about a week she began calling about every other day, I informed her again that they were jobs ahead of her and I would get to her in the order that her job came in. She continued to call, l believe she felt that if she harassed me and my employees enough that she could pressure us in to superseding other work orders. We remade her letters at least three times, each time she would be hyper critical over the results. Asking if we could move the letter a quarter of an inch this way or that, keep in mind this is neon and you cannot just move a letter. As for her statement that she "paid to have the sign redone a few weeks prior" that is an outright lie and slanderous. This is a blatant case of Deformation of character which is illegal, she will be hearing from my attorney.. My track record speaks for its self; we have done the neon for five major motion pictures and the American Idol show. We are highly sought after in the historic restoration field with work presenting itself from around the county. We have designed and restored movie marquees such as the Mars Theater in Springfield Ga."
