They actually have installed a fence for me before and they are actually good people. They are also well-known in the community because of their involvement in the church.

"Thank you for taking your time to call Angie's List. As always, it was great to see you and be able to install a fence for you. "This is the day that the Lord has made, rejoice and be HAPPY in it.""

I thought the price was high but since the homeowner's association did not accept a prebuilt aluminum shed, I went with this. The estimate for the fence was a bit more than Lowe's and I did not get another estimate for the shed.
The fence looks very nice and there have been several drive-by people to inquire about it. I did not watch every step of the installation but I hope they put cement in all the post holes as they said. When pushed on, the fence has a lot of give but they assured me that was the nature of vinyl fences. When they were finished with the fence, they had provided latches on the gates, but no handles. They responded quickly to come and provide the handles on all the gates. After that, the main walk gate was sagging and did not close without lifting it up. I called and they returned several days later to fix that.
The storage shed also looks very nice and seems well built, however, I noticed as they started on it that they were putting the foundation directly on the ground. I went out and commented that in my experience with past sheds they were on supports and up off the ground. The builder called the boss and they raised the shed 6-8" off the ground on cinder blocks. There were several days of rain after they had the flooring and frame up. They covered half of the flooring and the materials on the lawn with a tarp. The flooring and wall materials got very wet. I swept the standing water off the floor. The roof, vinyl siding, vents, etc. were all constructed in a timely manner. As they were putting up the siding, I noticed that the flooring did not feel sturdy. Upon looking the material up on line, it was sub-flooring. . . so I asked, "is that the final flooring, since it is described as sub-flooring and not as strong as plywood"? At that point they said they would put a layer of plywood over. I think they used a thin plywood. I should have specified thicker as the floor still does not feel as strong as I think it should. After they said they were finished, there was a foot of bare wood along the bottom outside which looked unfinished to me. I called and they said they would be glad to cover it with a baked enamel aluminum, which they put on the 3 sides that show. Now it looks beautiful (for a storage shed).

Cyclone fence was installed as promised, but the gates meet unevenly; a medium sized dog can easily slip through (the owner was aware that the purpose of the fence was to contain my blind schnauzer...as well as a couple of other med sized dogs. Several of the 4x4 posts of the wooden section are yet to be secured in the ground with concrete. The two wood gates built by Morris Fence are poorly constructed and are already separating. Two other wood gates were provided by customer (me) (part of the previously build pool fencing) but were poorly installed when relocated. They don't close properly and drag on concrete driveway . Owner promised to come back and make good, but did not. Too much flirting by owner and not enough work ethic.

"If you were not happy with job in 2009, why were we paid in full for the job at time of completion? It is now two years later and you are giving this report. Most customers do not pay for a job unless they are satisfied with the job. Yes, I did return and adjust the gates. One set of gates were built on unlevel concrete and I returned, took them down and cut them off, hung them again so the gates would hang properly. The fence taken down and used (from swimming pool area) was not like using new wood but I did as you wanted and did the best I could with "used" wood. Two years have gone and this is the first I knew of any problems/complaints. I apologize for the flirting that you also commented on--was not aware of being out of the way but I do apologize if this is the way I came across. If you want me to come by and check on this fence, please call me."
