I first learned about this service when I saw this person cleaning windows in commercial buildings downtown.  Mr. McFarlin is very conscientious in all of his dealings.  We made an appointment a year in advance because he is always booked several months in advance.  Several days before the visit he called to confirm our appointment.  He was a bit late in arriving, but called to let me know he was running late.  He was at my home for about 4.5 hours cleaning the outside windows only as per our agreement.  My house has two stories and a window about the second story.  He climbed a tall ladder to wash that window.  While he was up there he cleaned out an abandoned bird nest in my exhaust fan.  No only did he clean my windows, but he did other work when he saw a need.  Examples include destroying several wasp nests, blowing debris from my garage, deck and porch, pruning an overgrown bush, cleaning walls in my open garage, and other jobs that were needed but not in our agreement.  He went far beyond what was expected.  I would definitely recommend him to anyone (and have in the past).
