We had to pay $35 for the installer to come out and get the size of the room we was going install flooring in. Now why was this needed when we told them what was wanted? All I can think of was to get more money for the installer. After all that was done and Lowe's called us back with another price for the floor, that had gone up in price by $300 more than we was told it would cost for the same amount of footage. Need less to say we did not follow through with the deal.

Lowe's used a contractor, Rick Coley from and quot;DYESSand quot;. Rick and his crew came out to evaluate the job, they found out there was only a 12and quot; crawl space under the house. Once the work started, of the three guys that showed up, only one was small enough to fit under the house and he had to use a shovel to dig out certain areas. The poor guy was under the house all day, but they got the job done and it looks and works great. My upstairs A/C unit wasn't cooling, so while Rick was here, he took a look at it. Rick found that a relay was full of ants and had shorted out. We'll Rick left to get a new relay, returned and replaced the relay. The A/C works great and Rick didn't charge me for the extra work. He also went in the attic and rearranged the ducting to get better air flow.

I think that it is important to know that their estimate is excessively above and beyond what was available in the price range. Their price is like double. I think they were nice and everything was good but their price is just way too high.

Their customer service was bad.
