KAT was timely and professional. I was kept updated at every step. Darrell "rough prepped" a 1.5 acre tract for me. I'm not ready to build yet, but wanted it leveled and planted in something to hold soil through the winter. Darrell was right on top of it. It was still too warm for Rye, so Darrell suggested Oats. The land looks awesome and we are ready for compaction and perc testing. Price was reasonable and the result was far better than I was hoping for. Will be calling back for future work.

It took a few weeks for Darrell to do the work. But it was well worth the wait. They did a great job and he paid attention to the many things I wanted done. My yard so over grown but itâ s totally cleared out now. Now all I need is grass. lol. The price of the job was a great value for the work he has done. I have already sent him some referrals. Kat Clearing came highly recommended and they lived up to their reputation. Darrell and his crew were courteous and professional. Darrell was pleasant to talk with and was very patient with us, answering all of our questions throughout the process. He kept us up to date on when his crew would be available as well as the progress they were making. I think he was honest and fair in his estimate and even though we added additional work as we thought of more things we wanted done, his final price was very close to our original estimate. I feel they went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Darrell was very helpful in finding creative solutions to deal with the â problem areasâ in our yard. We are very pleased with the work they did and I too can highly recommend them.
