Well I went in looking for a used car with a certain monthly payment, and down payment. Looking a few at cars in mind but wasn't really sure what I wanted more of what I needed, after a about a week of haggling they decided that a new version of the car I wa looking at would work out best, little did they tell me it was the lower model ( corolla l not the le) luckily I asked for a I signed the papers but the salesman was polite and knowledgeable! Overall ill be back

Took the car in for the recall service without an appointment. They gave me a time estimate and phone number. Wife picked me up and went shopping. Franklin called later with the service finished. Picked it up with no problem. Went well.

The actual service experience was fine and the Franklin Toyota location is convenient. UNFORTUNATELY the failure of Franklin Toyota to address with its customers the internet release of private identifying information (FTC Caselist #1023094) which could lead to identity theft represents unacceptable professional ethics from my perspective.

Be aware of the very best price.T he buying price was $8000.00 less than the actua.l sales price I was told the purchaseed truck was equiped the same as the trade in..I ask the salesman if the truck had the off road package , and he looked and sAW A SKID PLATE ON THE FRONT.Said yes as I think he beleaved. The truck didn't handle like the old truck .I looked and found the window sticker in. the glove box.No off road pavkage. South east toyato had lnstaled 20 inch wheels , a very this skid plate oil no the front , and afew other miner items.A long way from an off road package.I called Came Stubbs , the sales mgr..Mr. Stubbs said he would take the problem up with the general manger and called me back the following Monday.He did not called.I called three times and left him a message.The fourth called he answered and said he was buisy with acustomer and would called back..I later tryed told called the owner .He did not return my call

We purchased 2 vehicles From Don Sweeney after looking and talking to several dealerships. Mr. Sweeney was very professional and honest. We told him what we did and did not want. He went out of his way to make sure we looked at everything we would possibly want, he did not pressure us at all and took the time to answer every question we asked. He made my car buying experience stress free and enjoyable. His follow up after the sale is also great.
