I did not enjoy working with Mr. Francis. He was not forthcoming with fees associated with giving an estimation and he didn't follow the terms of agreement we had established.

We had some very simple things to be done. We had a garage door that we had released due to a power failure but couldn't get it reattached to the trolley. Our keypad didn't work and we had two non working remotes. We called them and they came out the same day and fixed all those simple things in a matter of minutes. Gave us two new remotes. Very reasonable rates too.

It was a pleasure doing business with Francis Door and Fireplace. They showed up very punctuality to give us a estimate. Then came back right on time to get the job done when promised. The whole process could not have gone any better. We are very satisfied with the whole process, and we love our new garage door.
