The staff at Tri-Care Family Medicine are not prompt, considerate or effective in any way. The phone, especially the appointment line and nurses line, goes unanswered 10 out of 10 times EVERYDAY!!! Meaning, you have to leave a message to make an appointment and no they don't return your call! Nor do the nurses return calls. This place makes you beg, fight and plead for the very thing you need, compassionate, responsible care. I have called the nurses line more than 15 or 20 times in the last 2 months and left many, many messages, urgent as well as not so urgent. My phone call has been returned ONCE. Even when in the hospital the nurse would not return my calls. It is pure, shameful neglect. My vision of a doctor's office is not only a place where you can be treated but also has support staff to help you cope with illness or caretaking. A staff that gets you the prescriptions you need on time. A staff that follows up with patients discharged from the hospital. A staff that returns calls to any and all patients no matter what the reason. A staff that takes responsibility for their shortcomings. A staff that actually genuinely cares about its patients. A staff that doesn't blame others or point fingers when their job doesn't get done correctly. This is a place of NEGLECT. Not just once or twice, but they knowingly, repeatedly neglect their patients young and old. I hope you will consider going somewhere else. This place will make your suffering worse and your burdens heavier. If they don't outright kill you from neglect. On a side note, the and quot;paperworkand quot; for new patients is all done on an Ipad now. So, if you are elderly or simply inexperienced with such a device, you may find this very challenging. There are over 100 questions on the tablet. The majority of them are questions that your doctor doesn't need to know. If you thought paper forms were bad enough because you had to remember you grandmother's maiden name etc... then you certainly will not be pleased to answer anything on this electronic form. One example is and quot;do you have loose cords or exposed wire in your home.and quot; Another asks if you have rugs in your home etc...How ridiculous does it have to get? It takes more than 30 minutes to complete this e-form. Do not go to Tri-Care Family Medicine. I am not a doctor but I know when i'm being mistreated as a patient. My only hope is that the good doctor himself will see this or realize how his office has failed so many of it patients and their family members. Then, maybe, he will fire the people he needs to and run a proper, RESPECTABLE practice. Unfortunately, I don't believe that will ever happen in this case.

Dr. Dasher was the physician, I had an appointment and was seen very quickly and the procedure was done and I was out within 45 minutes. I was extremely happy with the speed at which the doctor sees his patients and the well planned and organized manner in which they make their appointments.
